Floortrends, Inc. has been meeting the flooring needs of San Francisco and the Bay Area since 1962. Our estimating staff is made up of installation experts each with over 20 years experience in the field as an installer. Floortrends’ installation teams are “in house” industry trained and board certified professionals.
Our showroom has hundreds of samples of commercial, industrial, residential and specialty flooring products, carpet, resilient flooring, laminates, rubber, or cork. We also do custom work and hand sewn carpet installations. We have the technical expertise to work with architects, designers, contractors, property managers and homeowners to find the flooring solution that is perfect for your needs.
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the highest level of service. Our vision at Floortrends Inc, is to deliver the highest quality projects from the first hand shake made upon our site visit on through the completion and follow up of your project.
It is because of our thorough service that 85% of Floortrends Inc’s business is derived from direct referrals and repeat business. Our clients range across the board from residential, government, healthcare, hospitality, high profile clients in the financial business as well as in the entertainment industry, most all of whom we work with time and time again whenever our services are needed.
Floortrends Inc has a long-standing presence in the architect and interior designer industry, starting with our early location on Clementina Street in San Francisco.
We always welcome the opportunity to assist and work alongside Architects, Contractors and Designers. We will collaborate with you in many ways depending on your project. Whether it is with the client and providing our services from beginning to completion, or behind the scenes and providing materials, we offer a range of professional services that go above and beyond assuring both the needs of you and your client.
All of our estimating staff has a combined 25+ years of experience in the flooring industry. They are extremely knowledgeable and well qualified to guide clients through the tedious process of making decisions regarding the best product specifications and maintenance.
We encourage the trade to stop in our showroom Monday through Thursday from 8AM-4:30PM, Friday by appointment to take advantage of our large Resource Library.
In addition, we now offer color and design consulting as an added value to our clients and end users.
