Normal Floor Prep
Normal Floor Preparation is a final sweep to remove dust particles which have settled, AFTER the Contractor has already swept and cleaned the floor prior to our installers arriving on the jobsite.
Filling small holes and normal shrinkage or expansion cracks in the slabs that are less than 1/16th of an inch, Filling joints or zip strips, fill the seams on wood seams
What Floor Prep is not.
Moving furniture and / or materials or equipment left by others
Clean up of dirt, foot prints, spilled or dropped substances (i.e. paint, etc.) by others
Please note: We will not be held responsible for the items listed above and will charge (by our hourly wage) if cleaned up by our men.
