Sub Floor Work

Sub Floor Work is an additional to our base proposal. This work includes the following items:

Work required creating a smooth trowel finish; Filling cracks greater than 1/16^th of an inch; cleaning and filing saw cuts in sub floor.

For Engineered Hardwood Floors this pertains to: The setting of nails and screws below the surface of the wood, sanding of low grade plywood; prepping of divots at nail heads; additional nailing or leveling required.
